The Chinese Academy of Sciences, State Forestry Adminstration P.R.China and the Society for Conservation Biology (SCB) invite you to Beijing, China 11-16 July 2009 for the International Congress for Conservation Biology (23rd Annual Meeting of the Society for Conservation Biology), it is recognized as the most important global meeting for conservation professionals and students.

For post congress tours, the last flight information is listed already
You could book the continuing flight according to it. If you want to reserve hotel in Beijing, please mail us your request and we will book it for you but there will be one night extra charge for about USD70/per room, per day.

Notes
1. The tour fee includes domestic air ticket, inter-city transportation, hotel (three star or above), regular meals, cruise fee, admission fees, and an English speaking guide.
2. The detailed information of flight, cruise and hotels will be available by June 30.
3. If no roommate name is indicated in your registration form, your room will be arranged as a single room during the tour.
4. If the attendees are fewer than 10 persons. We will keep the right to raise the prices or cancel any of the above routes, In that case, the notification will be sent to you as soon as possible and the tour fee will be fully refunded. If you cancel the tour booking after April 30 till June 20, 10% will be charged as an administration fee. After June 20, there is no refund.
5. You can also register on site, then cash, travelers' cheque and credit cards (Only Master, Visa, American Express, Diner Club, JCB) are acceptable. It will be billed in Chinese RMB. Consequently, the amount charged to your account may vary due to the fluctuation in exchange rates. The total amount should be added by 4% for bank charges.

About the Pre-conference tours, we will contact you before 25^th June to make sure your hotel, fight and other detailed information. We won't offer transfer traffic from the Guangzhou or Shanghai airport to the hotel. When you got to the hotel we informed, you just need to sign your name. And after the travel, we will directly send you to the conference venue Jiuhua International Conference Center.

About the Post-conference tours, people will pick you up in Jiuhua on the leaving day. All the travel information will be sent to you around 25^th June.
