Each poster presenter will be provided with a vertical surface to mount their poster presentation. The area available for the poster is limited to a rectangle 245 cm tall by 95 cm wide. Each board will host one poster, and it’s recommended that each poster use the standard size of 120 cm tall by 90 cm wide. Poster materials must be legible from a distance of two meters. Lettering in text and figures should be at least 5 mm, and the heading should be at least 10 mm. The title of the paper, the authors, and their affiliations should appear near the top of the poster in letters approximately 25 mm high.

Participants who booked the local tours, please collect the tickets from the Travel Information Desk which is located next to the registration area on the ground floor of the 16th District, Jiuhua Convention Center.

For those who did not have the online booking of local tours, you could also book and pay from the Travel Information Desk. The service time is from 8am to 8pm between July 10 and July 16.

Abou H1N1, China's Ministry of Health issued a notice to set the check-site at the Capital International Airport to examine passengers' temperature. If somebody got fever, he should take examination in hospital. If it was positive, then poeple would get quarantined till being cured. If it is negative and just regular cold, you will be fine and get free.

Be careful! Taxi service is indeed available at Beijing Capital International Airport ( http://en.bcia.com.cn/traffic-manual/taxi.shtml ) the whole day. However, you'd better take the legital taxi and the taxi fee will be around 200 RMB.

What cheering is, the Local Organizing Committee of SCB2009 will arrange Congress shuttle buses between the conference venue and the airport on July 11 from 08:00 to 20:00 every one hour and a half, as well as July 10 ( From 13:00 to 20:00) in Terminal 3 Building, 40 CHY (before 20:00) and 50 yuan CHY (after 20:00, according to the arrival time) per person. If you are interested, please send us email to sign up, indicating your flight number and estimated time of arrival. On the occasion, there will be volunteers with our logo at the airport showing the way of the shuttle.
